The brief

Technical work, explained simply.

Tomorrow's Office provides managed IT, cyber security, cloud services and bespoke software to businesses in Leeds, Bradford, Harrogate and across the North.

The people who buy IT support are usually business owners and managers, not IT experts. So the website needed to feel modern and technical enough to earn their trust, while explaining everything in words anyone can follow, and make it effortless to start a conversation.

What we did

  • Designed and built the website
  • Service, location and case-study pages
  • An enquiry form on every service page
  • Ongoing maintenance and changes

UX decisions

Every decision, and why we made it.

Choosing an IT partner is a trust decision. Each part of the site either builds that trust or makes the next step easier.

  1. Two kinds of visitor, two clear doors

The hero has one green button, Speak to an Expert, while a slim top bar keeps the email, phone number and a Customer Support button on every page.

Why it worksNew prospects and existing clients arrive with very different needs. Giving clients their own route to support keeps the main call to action focused on winning new business.

  2. Trust, borrowed from names they know

“Partnered with” shows Xero, Veeam, Ubiquiti, Sophos and Sage, straight under the three headline services.

Why it worksMost buyers can't judge an IT company's skill directly, but they recognise the vendors. Familiar logos are shorthand for “these people know what they're doing”.

  3. Six services, one line each

Core services sit in a tidy grid of six cards, each with a consistent 3D icon, a clear name and one plain-English line.

Why it worksIT services are hard to picture. A matching icon gives each one a shape, and a single line of plain English stops the grid turning into a wall of jargon.

  4. A look that feels like the future

Deep charcoal, soft green and blue glows from the cloud logo, and one bold statement: “Empowering businesses with smart IT solutions”.

Why it worksThe name promises tomorrow's office, so the site should feel current. The dark, glowing style says “technical and modern” without a single buzzword.

  5. Proof from real clients

A case-study carousel features real projects (Emballator Packaging, Town End and Primex Plastics), each tagged by sector, leading to a full write-up.

Why it worksShowing work for businesses like theirs is the strongest proof a prospect can get, and sector tags help them spot a project like their own.

  6. An enquiry form on every service page

Service pages pair the explanation with a “Speak to a UK-based Specialist” form, promising “clear next steps, no jargon”.

Why it worksSomeone reading about a service is at their most interested. Putting the form right there, with a promise that removes the fear of a hard sell, turns reading into enquiring.

  7. Built to be found locally

Dedicated pages for IT support in Leeds, Bradford and Harrogate, each with local wording and its own Speak to an Expert button.

Why it worksMost businesses search for IT support near them. A page for each area helps Tomorrow's Office show up in those searches and feel local when someone lands.

  8. Fresh news that builds authority

A Latest IT News section brings their newest articles onto the homepage, on topics like cyber threats facing Yorkshire businesses.

Why it worksRegular, helpful articles show expertise, give people a reason to come back and give search engines fresh content to rank.

  9. Every route to contact, on a phone

On mobile, the email and phone number stay pinned at the top, and the services become big, easy-to-tap cards.

Why it worksSomeone with an IT problem is often on their phone. Keeping the number one tap away means nobody has to hunt for help.

Maintenance

An IT company's website, looked after by us.

Tomorrow's Office hosts the site with its own provider, and we look after everything that runs on it, so their team can stay focused on their clients' IT.

  1. Updates and security

Software and plugins kept up to date and checked, which matters even more for a cyber security company.

  2. Changes on request

New services, location pages and case studies added whenever they need them.

  3. One point of contact

The same owner runs Altered Image Gym, whose website we also built and look after.
